Answers are processed on the device

The elbow pattern check runs in browser JavaScript. Individual answers and the result are not submitted to a Golf Elbow Rehab server, stored in a site database, or included in analytics events.

The tool is educational and does not create a patient record or clinician relationship.

02 · Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only after permission

If you choose “Allow analytics,” the site loads Google Analytics 4. It may receive the page path, coarse device and browser information, approximate location derived by Google, and events such as quiz started, quiz completed, or a navigation call to action clicked.

Quiz answers, result category, names, contact details, and free text are not included in those events. If you choose “No thanks,” the analytics script is not loaded. Your choice is stored in local browser storage under ger_analytics_consent.

Google’s handling of Analytics data is governed by its own privacy terms and the Analytics property settings. This site does not use analytics permission as a condition for reading content or using the quiz.

03 · Third party assets

Images can create ordinary server requests

Editorial images are delivered from the Bunny CDN domain cfls.b-cdn.net. The medical reviewer portrait is delivered from shroomap.com. Like normal web asset requests, those providers can receive an IP address, user agent, requested file, timestamp, and referral information.

Those image requests do not contain quiz answers or a quiz result.

04 · What is not collected

No lead form and no health profile

• No account registration
• No appointment or provider matching form
• No name, email, phone, ZIP code, or address collection
• No raw quiz answer transmission
• No sale of a reader contact list

05 · Your choice

Change analytics permission at any time

Use the “Privacy settings” control in the footer or the button below. Declining after previously allowing analytics updates consent to denied for the rest of the visit. You can also clear the site’s local storage in your browser.

06 · Current limitation

No public privacy inbox is published yet

A monitored privacy contact address has not been provisioned for this property. This page states that gap plainly instead of publishing an unmonitored address. The page will be updated when a working contact route exists.
